MEET THE TEAM
Our fully qualified inter-disciplinary team means we can provide an all encompassing service to any health, performance or injury related problem.
GREGORY SEALEDIRECTOR & HEAD PERFORMANCE COACHWorking with all populations I enjoy but my true passion lies in high performance training and athletic development. I got into coaching during my football playing years in University and in my off season I worked with a local High School and loved it. Coaching sport is fun but it’s the work in the background that captivated me and I forged my career path to suit.
Outside of training and coaching I like to watch movies and read inspirational books, go riding and play football of course. Love me some table tennis too. The opportunity to positively affect lives, motivate, inspire, and to contribute to someone’s success can never be understated. I hold a BA in Communication Arts from the University of Alabama in Huntsville and a MS in Kinesiology from AT Still University, Arizona. |
