WHY START PERSONAL TRAINING WITH US

Personal training is for any indivdiual looking to improve their body, recover from injury, stay healthy or improve their sporting performance. It is a fact that around 80% of the people who have a gym membership, do not attend regularly. Starting with a personal trainer changes everything. It provides you with a support system and motivation which allows you to put more energy into other things in your life. A common Movement Mechanics training session consists of 10-15 minnutes warming up, improving mobiity and working on your functional weaknesses. This prepares the body for the main body of the session which could involve complex lifts, challenging coordination drills or simpler drills prescribed to get you towards your goals. Once you start personal training with us you will work with the best coaches the country has to offer and train in a comfortable environment at Movement Mechanics Headquarters.
