The Strong Run
Many athletes are running around with overuse injuries and as a result their times suffer, the quality of their run suffer, and most of all the enjoyment of their run suffers. Some of the reasons why running injuries occur is a result of poor running mechanics, muscular imbalances, over-training, poor muscle tissue quality, and also poor nutrition. Movement Mechanics' program, The Strong Run, will address the underlying issues that plague runners. Whether you are running a 5k, 10k, half or full marathon, getting functionally stronger, powerful and improving running technique will improve the quality of your run. 

Program: The Strong Run (Level 1)
Focus Group: Recreational and Competitive Runners
Duration: 12 weeks 
Frequency: 2-3 days
